Surrogacy Agreements

Colorado Surrogacy Lawyer

Working with a gestational carrier is popular in Colorado. Whether going through a surrogacy agency or entering into a private arrangement, both the Intended Parents and the Gestational Carrier must retain separate legal counsel to ensure that all parties are properly protected. Gestational Carrier Agreements are often lengthy, complicated, and incredibly detailed. Therefore, it is imperative that all parties understand the legal ramifications and the terms of the potential agreement.

Emily worked with colleagues to lobby for the successful passage of The Colorado Surrogacy Agreement Act, C.R.S. 19-4.5-101 et. seq. This Act benefits all parties in establishing ethical standards and protections for Intended Parents and Gestational Carriers.

Emily has over 20 years of experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing Gestational Carrier Agreements, and strives to make sure that the experience is a positive one for all parties.

Emily from Beaucheval Law Firm was so wonderful. I had someone to talk to and email to whenever I had a question. Becoming a surrogate is something I’ve been dreaming about and I’m so glad I had Emily on my side. Thank you.

I have used Beaucheval Law Firm for both of my gestational carrier agreements and I was very happy with their expertise concerning this delicate subject matter. The timeliness they returned my calls and emails and the overall friendly and easy communication with Emily and her paralegal was truly great. I strongly recommend this law office and would use them again in the future.
