Egg Donation

Intended Parents may use the services of either an anonymous or known egg donor, often in conjunction with a gestational carrier arrangement. A known egg donor may be a family member or friend, and such a situation presents unique legal challenges.

Sperm Donation

Using a known sperm donor presents significant legal issues for both the Donor and the Intended Parents. A known sperm donor agreement will define the intentions, parental rights and responsibilities of the parties.
